Lead
Paint Removal
You may have heard about the uproar about the
lead paint in toys. Having lead paint in your
home is no different.
Does my home contain lead paint?
If your home or building was built prior to 1978
there is a great chance that your surfaces contain
lead. Before you begin stripping loose paint that
could be potentially hazardous, several safety
measures must be followed to ensure that the paint
poses no health problems. To be sure if you have
lead paint in your home buy a lead paint test
kit at any Sherwin Williams paint store, or local
home improvement store.
Professionals
can remove lead paint
If you are looking to have lead paint removal
services done in your home, you should consider
hiring a trained professional such as a professional
house painter or painting contractor. A professional
lead removal company can ensure that all lead
paint is removed safely, and preserve the original
condition of the surface.
Living a lifestyle that’s free of toxins
is ideal for homeowners.
